Hilton Bentley Miami South Beach, Miami Beach

The Hilton Bentley has great amenities and lovely beach access, though staying here was a mixed experience due to inconsistent service and noise issues. While we enjoyed the spacious rooms, the breakfast left much to be desired, and management's response to concerns could have been more attentive.

My stay at this hotel was mostly positive, highlighted by the fantastic beach service and clean, spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, although the valet parking fees were quite steep. The gym facilities were impressive and really well-equipped, making it easy to stay active during my visit. Overall, I'd say it was a great stay with minor downsides related to costs.

The hotel is located in South Beach, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Our oceanfront king suite was spacious, immaculate, and had a fantastic balcony view. The dining at the restaurant was outstanding, but the service at the reception could be improved significantly. While we enjoyed our stay, the unfriendly interactions at check-in took away from the overall experience.
